eFX Solutions allows you to exchange currencies at market leading exchange rates. eFX Solutions will also transfer your purchased currency to your nominated bank account anywhere in the world.

Our mission is to offer secure and proven technology that reduce client costs and time, being transparent and open about our pricing policy, and hard-coding the pricing to your account. Building this confidence in you, ensures that we have a long term relationship with that you can rely on.

Any private individual or company can open an account with eFX Solutions.

Click on either Personal Account  or Corporate Account sign up form, once activated you will receive a welcome email and user guide explaining how to use your account.

Note that we do have strong anti-money laundering procedures in place.

Once the account is activated you will receive an email with a secure link, this will allow you to set up your password and security question answers and then use the eFX solutions platform.

You can trade on the eFX Solutions Online Platform – this is a simple and real time FX platform that also allows you to advise where to send your money to.  It can also be used for monitoring your current and historic trades with us. You can also trade over the phone with us on +44 (0)1534 608023. You can also email us your trade and we will action after telephone confirmation with you  email: info@ewealthglobal.com.

You can access the eFX platform using PCs, Macs, IPhones, Smartphone and IPads etc. Just use the web browser address to access the platform and login.

Yes, but due to the high levels of security we have in place to protect our customers, we are unable to automatically verify overseas addresses and identities. We will need scanned copies of your ‘Proof of Address’ and ‘Proof of Identity’.

Single trades over £5000 are free of CHAPS charge, single trades under £5000 will be subject to a £10 CHAPS charge and should be added to the ‘sent funds’ total.

On trades that have multiple payments, the first is free of CHAPS charge, with the remainder each subject to a £10 CHAPS charge and should be added to the ‘sent funds’ total.

Our charges compare well with banks that would charge between £20 and £40 for every transfer. Using eFX Solutions again saves you money!

Multiple roles with approval limits and permissions can be set on Corporate accounts (e.g. trader, payments manager etc.).

We can upload bulk beneficiary information into the platform saving you time and eliminating error.

Yes you can. Once you have made your currency trade you can make multi payments to your nominated accounts.

eFX Solutions has developed smart technology to reduce the costs of trading currencies. We pass these cost savings onto our clients.

Other currency brokers employ teams of highly paid traders to talk to clients and convince them to deal through their brokerage. This is an expensive way to run a foreign exchange trading company and the costs are passed onto their clients.

Banks have a long established history of charging high fees and providing poor rates of exchange which nets them fat profits at the expense of their clients.

eFX Solutions is open for online trading 24 hours per day, 5 days per week, 52 weeks per year. eFX Solutions is open for telephone based trading between the hours of 9.00am and 5.30pm (British standard time) Monday to Friday excluding public holidays.

You can trade any amount from £100 or equivalent upwards to your agreed limit.

We confirm within 10 seconds by email when you have agreed a trade. You can log into your account 24 hours per day, 7 days per week to review the status of your trades. You can contact us to request a status.

Yes, if you want to trade at a particular rate then you can ‘Pre-order currency at the rate that you desire’. eFX Solutions will monitor your exchange rate around the clock and notify you immediately if your order is filled.

The best way to pay for your purchased currency is through electronic bank wire. Either login to your account or contact your bank to transfer the required amount to our segregated accounts. The current bank account details will be on the eFX trade confirmation email.

Remember to quote your account number with your payment – this will speed up the delivery of your funds. Chaps or Faster payments is the best way to make the payment. If you are based outside of the UK, your bank can provide a SWIFT payment.

eFX Solutions will transfer your purchased currency to your nominated bank account anywhere in the world using the fastest electronic bank wire method available for the receiving country.

Please note, we do not at present deal directly in currency notes with you, funds traded can only be directed and delivered to an account of the same currency.

You are advised on the trade confirmation email of the settlement account details - these can change based on your location. Your sent funds are held in secure segregated accounts and allocated to your account.

No as a Corporate our agreement is directly with you, and you act upon the requirements of your clients.

We have over 200 currency pairs more than most other FX providers. We are always adding currencies so please call us on +44 (0)1534 608023 if the currency is not listed on the eFX Solutions platform.

eWealthglobal are regulated, but it is worth remembering that FX is unregulated, and Banks take advantage of this fact, whereas we treat it as if it is’ regulated’ and means we are completely open about the mid market rate and the costs to you.

You must also remember that Banks have constantly looked to make the most money out of every FX trade you have undertaken, with upfront FX costs, the currency transfer costs and the hidden cost which you won’t be aware of as the bank does not share all the trade details with you. It is in their interest to take as much as they can and give you as little back as possible.

Yes, this is called a forward contract. You can fix a rate today for any date from one week up to twelve months in the future.

  • You will need to pay a deposit of:
  • 3% for forwards up to a month
  • 5% for forwards between two to six months
  • 10% for forwards between six to twelve months
  • Europe – IBAN and SWIFT
  • Canada – SWIFT and Transit code
  • Australia – SWIFT or BSB code
  • New Zealand – 6 digit bank code and SWIFT
  • USA – ABA routing number or SWIFT
  • UK – account number and sort code or SWIFT and IBAN
  • India – SWIFT and IFSC number
  • China – SWIFT
  • Mexico – Clabe no. and SWIFT
